What we collect
When you download a case study or subscribe to updates, we collect your name, business name and email address. When you buy the book or book a Snapshot Review, our checkout collects the details needed to process your order and payment. The intake form for a Snapshot Review asks about your business.
How we use it
We use your details to send what you asked for, to deliver and support your purchase or review, and—only if you opt in—to send occasional emails about new case studies and BusinessBuilder. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Saved on your device
After your first case-study download, your browser remembers your name, business name, email address and update preference on that device, so later downloads take one click. These details stay in your own browser and are not stored anywhere new; each download is still recorded with us as described above. You can clear them at any time with “Use different details” on any case page, or by clearing your browser data.
Who handles it
This website runs on Wix, which stores form submissions, orders and bookings. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Snapshot intake answers are collected through Tally. These providers may store data outside Australia.
AI services used for Snapshot Reviews
To prepare your Snapshot Review, your intake answers are processed using AI services: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google). They help organise and analyse your answers and draft the review. They do not decide the findings, and every Snapshot Review is checked and approved by Bruce before it is released. These providers are based overseas and may process your answers outside Australia, including in the United States.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you through our Contact link.
